What to Expect during your Treatment
The areas being treated are covered with a gel pad and applicator during your treatment. Once the treated area is prepped, the applicator will be placed. With CoolSculpting Elite, you also benefit from the new C-shaped applicators that match your body's natural curves, making the placement process as smooth, efficient, and comfortable as possible. Most of the applicators use vacuum suction to draw the tissue into the applicator cup. The cooling energy will then be applied and gently cool the fat, destroying fat cells.
At the beginning of the treatment, most people feel an intense cold sensation or tingling, but this fades to numbness within a few minutes. The rest of the treatment is so comfortable many people read, check emails, or enjoy a moment to relax.
The bulk of treatment takes anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour. Thanks to our CoolSculpting Elite machine, we can treat many areas at the same time, cutting down on your overall treatment time.
When the cooling stops, the applicator will be taken off. Your Body Contouring Specialist will then perform a two-minute massage in the area that was treated! Once completed you’ll be free to get back into your normal routine, including work.
